1. Services Offered We provide relocation services including: Household shifting Office relocation Packing and unpacking objectsAll services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking and Payments Bookings must be confirmed through phone, website, or email. Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless agreed otherwise. Prices may vary depending on distance, volume, and additional services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:  Provide accurate information about goods and locations Not include hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items. Be present (or assign a representative) during packing and delivery. Ensure proper documentation for transported goods

We do not transport: Explosives, flammable items, or hazardous materials Illegal goods Perishable items unless agreed in advance Cash, jewelry, or valuable documents (unless declared)
5. Liability and Insurance
We take utmost care in handling your belongings.
However, we are not liable for: Minor scratches or damages due to transit conditions Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events Insurance (if opted) will be governed by the policy terms.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to:
Natural disasters Strikes or government restrictions Road conditions or accidents
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Advance payments may be non-refundable in certain cases.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Prices are estimates and may change based on actual goods or services used.
Additional charges may apply for:
